Brazilian Cut Bikini Bottoms

The Brazilian cut of bikini bottoms offers the least amount of coverage while the American cut offers moderate to full coverage.

In my opinion the Brazilian cut and the Euro-cut complement a women bottom much nicer, by giving it a rounder and fuller shape or by simply enhancing it.

I consider the narrow style bottom of Brazilian cut bikinis an extremely sexy yet classy and sophisticated swimwear style.

Beware of the Sun!

Sunburn or Suntan, both indicate skin damage from UV rays.

"Tanned skin is damaged skin!"

Don't forget to protect yourself from the sun every day, even if it is cloudy and cool. Ultraviolet rays can damage unprotected skin in as little as 15 minutes.

Keep sun protection handy (sunscreen, wide-brim hats, sunglasses, sun-protective clothing, etc) and enjoy your summer outdoors.

My advice to you is to seek shade and avoid over exposure to the sun between 11 AM and 4 PM when the UV rays are most damaging.

Does it smell like Bacon?

Does your house smell like bacon in the morning?

If yes, then let me sound the "Alert"!!! Your health may be compromised.

Seriously, bacon is not your friend!  You shouldn't be eating it and you shouldn't be feeding it to your family.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and therefore it should be the most nutritious.

It has always been one of my favorite meals and I never, EVER skip it! Neither should you, or anybody that is working towards living a healthy lifestyle. But if you want nutrition first thing in the morning, please, pass on the bacon.

I advise you to eliminate bacon from your diet and look for healthier breakfast options.

Let me offer this creative option: If you really need bacon that bad in your life, just adopt a pig! ;)

Here is what you need to stick to: fruit, yogurt, nuts, whole grains, nut butters, and fruit and vegetable shakes. Give them a chance, you won't be sorry.

Wardrobe Malfunctions

I can say that this style of running short is a training essential for the majority of American women that I see, and that we can certainly find them in various colors in closets across the country.

Women wear this sports clothing item to the gym, to the grocery store, to run errands in general, and many times paired with a small, itty-bitty purse.

I wanted to share my thoughts about the appropriate way of wearing this particular short.

First, I wanted to say that the different types of  clothing items have different names for a reason. If these shorts are categorized as "running shorts", then please use them to run. Restrain from wearing them in other types of physical activities, such as fitness classes, to avoid rather unpleasent wardrobe malfunctions.

These shorts weren't concieved to execute deep butterfly streches, lying leg/knee lifts for abs, etc. The last probable thing your workout buddies are interested in seing, while working out, is your croch, and/or your butt cheeks, not to mention other body parts.

Second, running shorts are not casual clothing items, and the little purses that I see them getting paired with don't change that fact. Workout clothes are meant to be worn to workout in, not to go shopping in or to go out for lunch with friends in.

So my advice for you, my dear reader, is to dress appropriate for the occasion, whatever it may be!

You will feel more confortable as will everybody around you.

How to do the trend: Colorblocking


      1- Colorblock with accessories;

      2- Buy a colorblocked dress, top or bottom;

      3- Pair a bright hue clothing item with a neutral hue clothing item (e.g. white, grey, brown and black);
                               
      4- Pair up to three clothing items of three different hues.

      Here are some my favorite colorblocking hues combinations:
. White, Black, Red
. Deep Blue, Pink, White
. Green, Navy, Pink
. Cobalt Blue, White, Orange
. Magenta, Orange, Navy
